Storyline:
In Vice City Stories übernimmst du die Rolle von Victor "Vic" Vance, einem Soldaten, der durch einen unglücklichen Vorfall aus der Armee entlassen wird. Um seinen kranken Bruder zu versorgen, steigt Vic in die kriminelle Unterwelt von Vice City ein. Dabei baut er Schritt für Schritt ein eigenes Verbrechensimperium auf und gerät in Konflikt mit Drogenbaronen, korrupten Offizieren und rivalisierenden Gangs.
